Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate and are they free?
​You can stop by anytime Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm to get a free estimate.

Do I have to take my vehicle to one of my insurance companies recommended shops?
No, according to law it is your right to choose the shop to do the repairs.
How long will my repair take?
The time it takes to repair a damaged vehicle depends on the severity of the damages. Once an estimate is completed and the parts, if needed are sourced from vendors, we will be able to give you an approximate time of completion. Please keep in mind that a heavily damaged vehicle may take longer to fix and delays are sometimes encountered when the parts needed are not available locally. We take pride in our workmanship and will not sacrifice quality or safety for a faster repair.

I was involved in an accident, what should I do?
Make sure you have all the information from the accident:

Name, address and phone number from all drivers involved

Vehicle make, model and license plate number

Time, date and location of the accident

Police report (if not available please bring asap)

Insurance information from all drivers involved
You should never operate an unsafe vehicle. If you assess that your vehicle is unsafe please contact us and we will provide towing services.​
